You apply and get sent a HireVue interview through email. I think everyone gets one once they apply for the role. It was basic behavioral questions and nothing too hard but never heard back.
it's an online interview, where you answer 7 questions with up to 3 minutes video record for each question,
the question where experience related ether from personal life or from formal work.

Immediately received an invitation for a HireVue Interview. I practiced a lot and did very well.
Didn’t hear any update on the job until two months later. I obtained a better internship at a fortune 100 before Lumen ultimately rejected my application via email. I wouldn’t recommend applying here. It’s a waste of time.
