So far only only completed the virtual video session. It’s odd to not see a face when answering questions but the process is easy and straightforward. Their interview guides were helpful in understanding what to expect.

roundhouse interview with three team members all via zoom that resulted in a project presentation request by me to the group by next day to move forward with the interview
Video screening was a great experience. I see why it was used. You were asked questions and given multiple opportunities to answer, review, and record. There were practice questions before the 3 actual questions.

After applying I received an email prompting me to complete a video recording of me answering questions, along with playing some games to analyze my personality. I spent 4 hours prepping for the question portion of the interview and never received a response from a human being.
