Structured and thorough. They read through a sheet of pre determined questions with different scenarios. Also tested some double entry accounting in an earlier telephone interview. Final interview was meeting the CFO for a chat, but also doubled up on the double entry accounting questions

Primero te entrevista una consultora, a los días me responde que iba a tener otra entrevista con un manager de la empresa... al llegar el día de la entrevista el manager no estaba... se acercan dos supervisores muy jóvenes, tomando mate y comiendo facturas (muy anti profesional), llegaron a contar que el sector es un caos y que muchos renunciaron, en fin pensé que estábamos en un viaje de egresados por el ambiente en el que ellos se encontraban, no busquen profesionales para trabajar en esas condiciones.

Interview
Interviewer was really friendly, willing to listen to all my questions. Interviewer knew that it was my first time as a college graduate to apply for a full time job and he was really conscious about it. They called me 3 days after the interview to make me an offer, which I accepted
