The interview process was fairly casual in nature. I met with my direct supervisor and the head of the department. Both were kind and listened to my answers fully. The office seemed quite busy so people always seemed to be coming and going all the time during the interview though.

The interview process was sporadic and delayed. I recommend following up with the team every 2 weeks to check on what the application status is. If you truly want the job, they will know and you will probably get it if you have close to the qualifications.
