"Phone call with the lead followed by a technical interview. The interviewer was very professional, well-prepared, and asked insightful questions. During the initial phone call, the lead provided an overview of the team structure, current projects, and what they were looking for in a candidate. It was a friendly and informative conversation that set a positive tone for the next steps.

There were 3 rounds in total: Phone, Technical – Pair Programming, and Culture Fit. I didn’t pass the technical round. I was able to come up with a working solution (though not the most optimal one and not the best DSA for the challenge), and I also made a careless mistake, to avoid this paying attention to details while coding. The challenge itself wasn’t too difficult — the focus was more on “how you code” rather than just the final solution. The interviewers were professional, well-prepared, and helped me feel confident about the process. You can expect brief feedback after the interview. Tips: Review the basics of data structures and algorithms (an area I was weak in). And pay close attention to details.
