Lumin Digital interview questions

4 rounds: First round was a recruiter, the hiring manager and then 2 different panels. One panel was direct peers and the other leads from other teams that you're expected to work with.

First screen with a HR person, simple enough. The second phase is a hiring manager interview, also pretty standard. The trick is that the hiring manager brings along a second person to conduct a tech screen. So between answering the typical hum-drum culture questions, you then get peppered with tech questions. They seemed like nice folks though.
