Lund International interview questions

Interviewee left out many of the cons of the position and was not completely honest about what was going on in the department. I was asked about my experience and we covered the majority of that information. You could tell that they were anxious just to get someone in there. I accepted the offer and went work and found out that the employees I was supervising did not even know that I was coming or even hired so I felt like I had a target on my back from the minute I walked in the door.
