The interview process was an exercise in frustration however it was insightful. Despite my qualifications and experience matching the role, the interview process was overshadowed by lack of transparency and an extremely delayed process. The feedback received from the HR person was underwhelming despite positive reviews on my behalf from my interviewers. The final blow came with a low-ball offer at 13k lower than originally discussed. It's clear they undervalued skills and experience. The whole process left a bitter taste. For future applicants, expect a lengthy process and potential undervaluation.
