The interview process was 3 rounds, 1 with the recruiter, 1 with future manager and 1 with a team to present a case study of my work. Overall a really nice experience. I was always updated and informed about the status of my application and made me want to work with the company more than anyone else. The recruitment team was amazing to work with and made it such a great experience.

Very tailored for the role and the HR person is super supportive, almost as though he wanted me for the role. unfortunately I failed the whiteboard challenge and the offer was given to a different person. I'd definitely recommend

Interview
HR was extremely helpful throughout the interview process. It felt as if I had someone cheering me on from the sidelines, and it was great to have a central point of communication between the three interviews.
The first interview was a chat with HR which was friendly and followed the basic questions you'd expect. The second interview was with the head of the team you're interviewing for. It was a little more in-depth and I had the opportunity to learn more about the company and scope of work.
The third interview was to present a case study to a panel of designers/design managers. It's a fairly long session but not too difficult.
