They ask really interesting questions - much of which in the group interview include group activities and include an aspect of creativity. First was applying online with a cover letter and CV followed by a group interview.
Group interview process. Not many typical interview questions, focused on scenarios and group work. As long as you sell the experience of the products, you are in with a good chance to land a casual role. Be confident and happy.

The Lush York interview process involves submitting an application, completing an initial interview, participating in a group session with role-play exercises, and attending a trial shift to assess customer interaction, teamwork, and brand value alignment.
Very engaging. You need to show off your personality and go above and beyond to engage not only the managers but the other interviewees. Lots of role play, designed to simulate the shop floor experience.
