Unlike any I had previously experienced, very interesting and in a group setting. Almost two hours with focus on previous customer experience, company knowledge and ethics. Also we were given a random product and asked to try and market it to the panel. Not nearly as intimidating as it sounds and actually quite fun. Successful applicants invited to a trial shift
