Hiring process was through a group interview process with a laidback setting, people were put into different groups and told about lush’s philosophy- with one 10 minute one to one conversation with interview questions with the manager. If you are selected, hiring process goes through to a floor trial where you experience working retail, helping customers and keeping the shop tidy etc.

Group interview was fun but felt a bit hard to stand out from other big personalities, did a range of tasks/games around the store which was a nice change from the traditional interview process, it was nice to be interacting with other interviewees rather than simply feeling like competitors
