Interview
Group interview with about 10-15 other applicants at the physical store. Provided a demonstration on how to properly wrap a bar of soap, and then each applicant was timed on it. Partnered up to perform a simulation on how each applicant would interact with a customer.

Included a 1-to-1 interview and practical elements such as role-playing shopping scenarios and giving demos on products.
Interview was mostly about how helpful and good with people you are. Practical parts were all about putting those people skills into practice.
Didn't need any knowledge about the products.
