The interview process was well organized and all company contacts, from HR to GM, were friendly and open to questions. Started with phone screening then scheduled an in-person interview. Interviewers were prepared and process was conversational. The owner joined us for a short time and offered book recommendations for professional development which I thought was nice. Energy was positive and engaging. Before coming in for the interview I was asked to complete a Kobe A index.
