Applied online and was called for screening the following week. The hiring manager only asked one question which was regard to education. Note, that this position did not need formal education or previous experience for the entry-level role. The hiring manager seemed like they already made up their mind on who to hire and called just because of procedure. I was told I would be informed next week of their decision if I would move to the next round or not. It has been a month and though I know I wasn't selected, a formal email of their decision would be nice.
