      Office Assistant Interview

      19 Mar 2009
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Saint Paul, MN
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Luther Seminary (Saint Paul, MN) in Feb 2009

      Interview

Extremely informal. They did not use a script--just free-flow Q&A. They just let me keep talking, babbling, etc. and the questions they did ask were not necessarily related to the job. It made me think it was a casual place to work, but I also thought it rather undisciplined and unstructured and I didn't want that in a supervisor or colleagues. I felt mis-led that the interview went well.
