Luthercare interview questions

I was called and asked to come for an interview. I went to the interview and the person interviewing me also had worked for my previous employer and knew who I was so I feel I was not given a proper interview as most of the questions were pertaining to the previous employer.

Applied online. Called. Came in. 3 shorter old ladies waiting for same interview. I went in first. Interview was a small older lady. Tried my best, failed. I'm a 6 foot young brown man with a beard.
