Just interviewed and you NEED to know electrical theory. I was able to meet them thru a hiring conference and completely embarrassed myself. I was asked to draw a basic schematic with a switch and load. Also, a diode and troubleshooting questions.

7 basketballs, 1 is heavier but you can tell. 1 (Pendulum) scale and only 2 chances to use it. Which ones the heavy one?
I felt like the interview went well and the questions asked pinpointed my technical skills quite well. Had I not taken the other job at a different company, I would definitely work for Lutron.

In persons then 2nd interview over the phone. Friendly interview with no indications of it not going well. Spent a large portion going over the work schedule/ day to day.
