I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics in Sept 2018
Interview
I talked to one of their recruiters at a campus career fair. They called me for an interview later that night and I talked to one of their software engineers on campus the next day. The interview is overall not too stressful. They asked me about my resume and my class experience, then asked me some straightforward technical questions.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2025
Interview
First interview was about an hour, half questions about me and half technical. Got a second interview about a week after that, which was about half an hour and more about me with someone from HR rather than someone in a technical position
