The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Allentown, PA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Was Lengthy with 3 phases. I only made it to the second. First one was technical, second was behavioral, and third would have been on site. They weren't clear as to why I didn't get a followup for the third.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions involving voltage divider circuits, BJTs, and battery power ratings.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (University Park, PA) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview process was fairly typical. It was one-on-one, we talked about why I was interested in Lutron, what I liked about Electrical Engineering, and then they asked me some brain teasers and circuitry questions to get a feel for my level of understanding and my overall thought process when approaching a problem. They initially asked for me to be prepared to talk about any past project I'd worked on as well, but we ran out of time.
They initially said I'd get a response in 2-3 weeks, and it took a few weeks longer than that. Their rejection came in the form of "All of our positions have already been filled," but I know this is false because a friend of mine still had an interview with them for the same position and location after I had already received my rejection notice. That's a bit patronizing.
