I applied online. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics in Oct 2013
Interview
Not worth your time if you already have experience and a good job. They expect too many things from candidate even before the onsite interview. Lots of paper work, IQ and personality test etc.
Most of the interview was ok. Two young engineers were fun to interview with and the problem they gave me was fun and challenging to solve. After that a senior engineer interviewed me. The guy was indian, with no sense of humor and flawed logic. When he was interviewing me, I had already decided to not work there if I got an offer. Management should choose more carefully who interviews the candidates. First impression matters.

Interview
Applied online and then a call was setup. It was a technical interview which was focused mainly on my resume. The interviewer had prior experience in one of the projects I did during an internship and asked in detail about that.Ex-- Details of I2C/SPI buses.Signals and functionality of these buses in an embedded product.
Also the interview included product usage and implementation scenarios based on their current product range.I was basically asked to figure out how to setup a sensor which controls a window shade.Questions were based on what type of sensor/the sensing and other implementation and response time based on requirements.
