Interview
Asked good quality technical questions to prove you knew your stuff, which is great at a company! The interviewer was kind and understanding. He did not get annoyed if I was flustered and challenge you to think about your answers.

Interview
First contacted online to fill out an online form. Then phone interview. Asked nothing about things actually on my resume. Last, I was a brain teaser. Interviewer said to think outside the box for the answer but its better to just give the generic correct answer for any those type of questions. The interviewer seemed to think too highly of themselves. Halfway through the interview i knew I didn't want to work here.
