I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Center Valley, PA)
Interview
Had several virtual interviews. The interviewers were kind and the interviews weren’t hard, but both of the individuals I interviewed with seemed distracted with other things going on around them. I would have appreciated more feedback after getting rejected.
After applying with my resume through a recruiting firm, I participated in a phone screen with a second recruiting firm, then filled out a 2.5-hour Caliper test and filled out a resume form on their website. After that, I had a 30-minute phone interview with the department.
Finally, they sent me an automated email--a reply to the 2nd resume I submitted through their website--saying that my resume did not make it seem like a fit. After I had already done two interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very standard questions, nothing you wouldn't expect in an interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics in Jun 2009
Interview
Interview process was very straightforward. I applied online via a job website, then was contacted a week or 2 after that to set up a phone interview. Scheduling of the interview was very flexible, and I was called promptly. The interviewer was professional and courteous, and their range of questions, while not easy, were within the range of what I expected. I had ample time to ask my own questions as well. I was notified by a professional email within about a week that I was not a match at that time.
