Emailed me for a 30 minute interview. Complemented me the entire time only to send a generic rejection afterwards. Asked about my background and what I knew about certain topics. Absolutely huge gap between interview and post-interview treatment. Do not recommend.

Three step interview. The first one was with two Senior Research Associates. Basic introductory questions and questions from previous professional experiences. Made me feel very comfortable! 2nd step was was with Managing Director Consulting. Smart, situational questions were asked. 3rd step was to prepare an article and a PowerPoint presentation. A panel of 5 specialists, from both USA and Amsterdam were there. A found it very challenging, but interesting. Questions were from all aspects- scientific, business, management etc. All the interviews were online. I appreciate the interview process, which went on for about a month, after which I was selected for the Research Associate position, based in Amsterdam. I will start next month!!
