We've had a technical interview with a written problem and after, some questions about general java and oop concepts. I belive the questions were relevant for determening how much the candidate knows.

Interview
The Interview process took 4 weeks. But it is very easy. It has four rounds, first is HR, 2 rounds tech interview and a client interview. They will cover almost all topics like, Core java, JMS, Unix, Spring, Hibernate. Compulsory questoin from Java memory model

Recruiter called me, we established a technical interview, after the end of this interview (a couple of minutes)I was announced that I passed, and we established another one with the manager.
