Lwala Community Alliance interview questions

Applied online and was contacted/shortlisted 3 weeks later and slotted for an interview with less than 24 hour notice. I was allowed to only ask 1 question at the end of the interview and the HR lead informed me i will receive feedback within a week. I sent an email 3 weeks later to find out about the status and they responded after a week informing me i was not successful

The interview was Prolonged. Too many unnecessary panelists and no feedback. Questions asked were not very structured. They seemed to not have settled or thought out on the JD very well.
