I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2016
Interview
Very quickly after submitting my resume, received a call from the recruiter to get an idea of my experience/management style/etc. By the end of that day, had two phone interviews scheduled for that week. Both went well. Between those two and the final interview, I also had an onsite interview for 2 hours, consisting of 4 different people, and finally a last onsite meeting which was a presentation and Q&A. It was an extensive process, however I really enjoyed speaking to each person and I can really tell that Lyft is interested in who they are hiring and they are determined to find a true fit.

Interview
The interviewing process is like non Ive ever seen! There are many interviews to help you get to know the company and if hired who you could be working with. It was a very exciting process! It’s also a plus to have familiar faces when you walk through the door for work on your 1st day!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lyft (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2018
Interview
Interviewing with Lyft was a great process. There were several rounds of interviews focused on core values, culture, philosophy, and work experience. Really casual conversation. Lyft stands behind their core values and seems to really want to bring people in who will mesh well. I was stoked! The recruiters kept me in the loop the whole time.

Question 1
What's your leadership philosophy and how do you put it into practice?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN)
Interview
Awesome process, they make sure they are getting the right people. I applied online and heard back in a few days for a phone screen. Had 2 interviews in the 2nd round and then came back for more and a presentation. The presentation was really a great way to talk through your leadership style and how you view data. I received an offer about 10 days after.
