The interview process started with a 20 minute phone screen with the Recruiter. This interview was essentially going over my resume, and a couple of personality questions. The 2nd interview took place the next day with the hiring manager and was also around 20 - 30 minutes. This interview was structured more as a discussion, and I was encouraged to ask questions throughout the interview instead of waiting until the end. The 3rd interview took place about a week later @ HQ and was a 3 hour process. I met with 6 members of the team- some in person & some remote via google hangouts. After the interview process the recruiter kept me posted with the job timeline twice. Once via phone, the other via email. Throughout the whole process I was very impressed at the level of friendliness & open communication provided by the recruiter.
