Interview
I applied online and got an email setting up a phone interview a couple weeks later. On the phone, they set up a second in-person interview.
The in-person interview was interesting, as there were four of us gathered in a room and we began by watching a video about the company and asking questions about each other. Then, we were split up and individually interviewed in the "speed-dating" round. After this we had a small assessment where they asked us to write a response to a fake customer complaint, and when we were done we could leave.
Almost as soon as I left I got an email asking me to set up a time for a phone interview for that day. The phone interview was probably the most stressful part, as they had us deal with fake customer complaints on the phone. It was most likely an attempt to see how you deal with situations under pressure.

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

Interview
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
