I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview and hiring process were very quick, as Lyft is in massive growth mode right now. I received an email from a recruiter about an in-person interview after applying online. Prior to the interview, there was a questionnaire and a homework assignment that had to be completed within 24 hours. I advanced and was among 5 other candidates who were there for the interview, which included an introduction and short presentation. Each of us were then taken to separate rooms and interviewed by two team members in a get-to-know-you and get-to-know-us format lasting 15-20 minutes. A third interviewer then came in and required each of us to do a live-call scenario to see how we handle certain situations. It was unlike any interview I've ever been through and I loved the challenge. As the interview concluded, I was told the recruiting team may be in touch about the next steps. Sure enough, within a few hours, I was contacted about returning for a second round interview that same day. This time it was a more in-depth one-on-one interview with a supervisor which lasted 30-40 minutes. I loved it! That was on a Friday. By Monday afternoon, I got the call with the offer!
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Since no one went to college and majored in Ridesharing, what qualities do you possess that make you qualified for this position?
3 stage interview process consisted of Recruiter, homework, then 2-3 managers for the final stage. Each final interviewer asks 2-3 questions and some of the panel had nothing to do with the actual role.

Interview
At the start of the interview you are taken on a tour of the office and tjey explain to you what the job consists of. After, you are split up and go through 1 set of situational questions and then you go through a role playing scenario so they can see how you handle the situation. If you are called back for a second interview you are in a room with 3 other employees who ask you a series of "describe a time" type questions. The overall experiance was rather pleasant. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2018
Interview
Process took about a week began with me applying for multiple jobs with Lyft. I was able to locate contact info for a recruiter and followed up with her. She then reviewed my resume and suggested I apply for trust and safety specialist position. I applied and was invited to do a writing assessment.
After the assessment was submitted I received an email asking if I would come in for a hiring event and onsite interview.
The interview process was fun. There were several of us as a group. First was a presentation regarding the company. Then we all split up and interviewed with a couple current specialists individually for about ten minutes each.
After that a senior associate comes in and has you do a role play excercise. After the role play they sent me home to await further communication. About 2 hours later I received an email requesting I come back the next day for the final interview and providing a writing prompt with several parts to be completed within 48 hours.
The final interview was a panel with multiple team leads. This concluded the interview process. This took place on a Friday by the following Monday I had an offer.
