I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (Miami, FL) in Jul 2019
Interview
Interview went great and there management team was amazing. I was amazed how with management stories on how they became managers for Lyft. My favorite part was them telling me to come comfortably dressed because they want there employees to feel comfortable in there own ways. They made me feel like family I was offered bevarages interview was in a great environment it was a fun experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft in May 2024
Interview
I was put through a very lengthy interview process, 7 stages overall. The questions were provided to me prior to the calls, so I was able to prep, but they were extensive and required a great deal of prep time and investment into the process. The interviewers had varying levels of experience/maturity, some were clearly very experienced with interviewing candidates, some not as much. Most of the interviewers seemed engaged and interested, other than the final interview which was with the Director. After such a lengthy process, I was disappointed to receive a rejection with very little feedback. I found that someone was hired who had far less experience than me, but had a connection with someone higher up.
