One of the worst organizations I've applied to. I applied for this role and was able to secure a Google Hangout interview however the Hiring manager never showed up to the interview. I waited for about 15 minutes then contacted both the Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator about this but received no assistance or clarification and then was told by the Recruiting Coordinator that I was a no show. After this I immediately sent a screenshot of me in the Google hangout waiting for "someone to let me in". I didn't receive a response from the Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator till I got an automated message from the company saying, "they've elected to move forward with other candidates". This was extremely disappointing seeing that I took time out of my day to speak with the hiring manager but never got the opportunity to speak with him. Generally speaking, Lyft was one of the worst companies I've interacted with due to a combination of unprofessional-ism and no accountability amongst the Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator and Hiring Manager.
