Interview
Put in an application and you will shortly after receive an invitation for a pre employment exam which is quite simple. They will then interview you and schedule you for a fitness test which includes cardio and lifting weights.

Question 1
Describe what you would do in a situation where you arrived to a nursing home to find a patient who is very lethargic.
What are things that you would look for concerning a stroke.
Consisted of a 50-question knowledge test and a 10-minute interview. They provided information about the company and asked some general interview questions. This first interview is followed by a panel interview where they ask scenario questions. Afterwards, a physical assessment test is done.

Fill out online application, go in for a written emt test. If you pass you will be scheduled for a panel interview and if that's successful they usually hire you right there.
