      Customer Support Interview

      21 Dec 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Remote
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Lynton (Remote) in Jan 2019

      Interview

first you will meet with the core team and they will get a feel for your experience and how you think about different problems. Next, you will meet with other higher up managers who will probe you more on general questions related to how you would approach different customer scenarios. Lastly, you meet with the CEO. If you get to this one, then you essentially have the job. It was like a 10 minute meet and greet.
