LynxEye interview questions

I had an interview and they said that I am overqualified. In my opinion, I was not overqualified for this role and was really interested to accept the offer. I noticed that this role is permanently advertised. Not sure why they are still not able to fill the role. My honest guess is that they do not have experience hiring good talent and focus only on junior candidates.
