I have to agree with the other review I saw on here "cold and scripted." It was the most unnatural interview process I have ever experienced. The interviewer basically read off paragraphs in a rush to get all the information in within a short amount of time. I don't know if she was breathing. She made no attempt to get to know me at all. Less than 5 minutes into the interview she begins asking me to recite various techniques I use and the entire process. Then reads off a vignette in 5 seconds. I'm sorry but I don't recite information like that and am not a robot! If I have a vignette I need time to process the information and highlight the issues at hand. I can only hope that they do not conduct therapy this way because you might as well be talking to a robot. I was not asked any questions about myself or my experience. I don't know how this company measures success but I am suprised that I had heard good things about them prior to my interview. It seemed very corporate and to be a very cold and unfriendly environment.

Online interview with one Lyra supervisor. Most of the interview was them explaining how their process works. They were also asking about counseling theories and what population your clients are.
