I heard from them 9 months after I applied when they emailed me requesting an interview. I had to go back and check when I applied because it had been so long and I assumed they weren't interested because I hadn't heard anything. I had a one-on-one interview that week and a few days later advanced to the second round, a mock session and group interview with 2 coach supervisors. I received great feedback and pretty specific details about what to expect next which I took as a great sign - if I wasn't moving forward, why give me specifics and not just vague, standard non-information. A few weeks later I got an email from the person I interviewed one-on-one with saying I wasn't moving forward, but they have another onboarding class in the spring that I could be considered for. I asked for feedback and got no response. So, I applied and heard back 9. months later, did two interviews over the next week, and was rejected 3 weeks later. The initial person I met with said they have a long turnaround time and apologized - it seemed like they were working through a backlog.
