The interview process went very smooth. There were three steps: phone screening followed by a call with the hiring manager wrapped up with an in person interview with several team members. Lytx did an awesome job of communication progress every step of the way. It was a great experience!

Interview
I got to know about the opportunity from a LinkedIn message where they mentioned the requirement. I filled and within 2 days I got a call for the interview. I had around 4 rounds. The interviewer were professional and felt serious about the process. The communication from HR was always clear post each round. Overall the process was hassle free.

Pretty standard chat with a couple of recruiters. All parties struggled to schedule a third round of the interview process with a director and I was pretty much ghosted after that.

Had 1st phone interview, we went through the usual background employment history and qualifications questions, and role description. Next step is 2nd phone interview, and then in person interview with team.
