Such great people!! Their interview process is much more comprehensive than a lot of companies I’ve experienced in the past but everyone is so genuine and welcoming! Started with an initial phone call with a recruiter, then a phone call with Lytx HR, then a phone call with the hiring manager, and finally 4 separate video interviews with relevant team members. Overall it was a positive experience and so worth it.
