Interview
Come prepared. Bring a portfolio, listen to a couple of episodes of the podcast and write down any firm-specific questions. Generally understand how to portray yourself and what studio you would like to work in if presented with the choice. Do not be too specific or too vague.

Interview
Open, transparent off the bat, genuine, and comfortable. I never felt as though I felt undervalued, even if I didn't feel like I would have received the job offer. I went into it nervous and left excited to start!
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at M+A Architects (Columbus, OH) in Aug 2010
Interview
The interview process was quite easy. I had heard that they were hiring from a friend. I emailed my resume to the HR director. Within a few days, I received an email asking if I could come in and talk to the director. The process was much more of a conversation than an interview. I had a second interview, in which I was asked to showcase my revit experience with a staff member to evaluate my ability. Most communication was done through email.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The revit test was probably the most difficult due to the lax set of rules. Basically it was a conversation while showing what I would do.
