I applied through university. I interviewed at M.C. Dean, Inc. (Tysons Corner, VA) in Apr 2023
Interview
My interview was very easy going and not very technical, we talked a lot about my preferences and interests in the engineering space. I was offered a tour of the facility but could not come in due to timing restrictions. The engineer who interviewed me made me feel very good about coming to work for this company.
Interview process was relatively quick for an organization this size, roughly about a month from first interview to an offer letter being sent out. For a new college grad, not a lot of technical questions were asked. They care more about behavioral actions and situations than technical knowledge.

Interview
I had an in-person interview. After arriving, I found out I would be interviewing for the Security & Electronic Systems team. We were given a tour. The person who was going to interview me had to leave at the last minute, so another person had to step in.

Interview
Got interview call through career fair. Interview questions were quite easy, nothing technical.
But during the Interview , The interviewer (Stuart Forth from Automations team) kept on turning off his mic and camera while I was speaking which felt distracting and disrespectful.
