Interview
Meet with the CAO and Administrative manager for the first round of questions. I was then meet by the department manager for a one on one interview. The questions were about average for a typical interview and very conversational.

What was the biggest mistake you made at your previous job?
Interviewed over a couple of days. Asked pretty basic questions and then met with one other person that I would be working under. Nothing too difficult, but they definitely put ion a nice and welcoming facade during the interview process which changes dramatically once hired.
