      Supervisor Interview

      27 Feb 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Manchester, TN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at M-Tek (Manchester, TN) in Mar 2013

      Interview

I went through a staffing company and learned very quickly about the values they were looking for to obtain full time (permanent) employment. The most important aspect to gaining full time is attendance. The second, but just as important would be job performance. Willingness to work any shift and adapting to multiple runs of overtime. I had over 20 years of supervisory or above experience, but none in the manufacturing arena. I decided to put in for an internal job posting for group leader, and obtained that. One month later I was invited to put in for an internal job posting for supervisor. Again successful.
