First stage: Short introduction and screening call with HR to check with my qualifications after submitting my resume. Second stage: Interview with the team lead, do a portfolio walk through and short design exercise. The lead also heavily emphasised the "remoteness" of the office.

Had a call with HR before a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager was really nice and receptive, seemed like a good leader to work with :) Unfortunately the office location was too far away and there wasn’t an in-house dev team, which was something I was looking for in terms of collaboration.
