M1 Project Manager interview questions

3 rounds of interview 1st round with Senior PM went well, asked about your existing work experience and clarified on the role expectations. Nothing significant. 2nd round was with Project Director, went well. Followed up on role expectations and requirements. 3rd round was with the Head of Enterprise. Also went well, discussed on motivations and expectations of the role. HR followed up back to inform that the team would be discussing internally and would likely make an offer in about 2 weeks time. Now its 3 months and counting.....I'm not sure if the HR died, got retrenched or they simply had a better candidate. The least as a decent human is to update if the application did not make it through.
