The interviewing process was a pretty straight forward one as they were looking to fill roles quickly. My resume was discovered by a recruiter that actually is on site (not a third party) and was asked to into an interview a day later. Question 1
Honestly, this interview didn't have many unexpected questions. One that caught me a little off guard was "Which do you believe is a better programming language? C# or Java?". I was asked this question because most of my experience with development was with .NET but the position was a Java based position. I have worked with both C# and Java so I am comfortable with both languages.
