Very thorough, multiple rounds with global and regional partners. Recruiter handled the whole process and was very communicative the whole way. Final interview round was in person and I was introduced to the full team. Great experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at M3 Wake Research (Raleigh, NC) in Jul 2025
Interview
I placed an application for the clinical research coordinator position and was contacted by a recruiter via email for the clinical research assistant position because of my skill set. I scheduled an appointment with the recruiter for a phone interview. The recruiter gave me her phone number to text or call he with any questions or concerns during the process, she was very responsive. After speaking with the recruiter, I completed an assessment online which tested my math, reading and comprehension skills. Afterwards the recruiter reached out and asked for an available day and time to talk with the regional and site director. I confirmed a day and time, and the interview was conducted. I received a offer the following Monday.

Several-step interviewing process meeting members of the team. Thoroughly explained the role and expectations of the interviewee. Overall a very in-depth interview process that I would expect from an employer.
