It was an online application. They requested me to arrive at the shop and talk in person. We walked around the shop showing me all the workstations. Then asked me when I wanted to start working.

Very easy process just call and ask if they’re hiring which they more than likely are. You’ll speak with some manager as a screening then the owner will decide whether or not to bring you on.
