Extremely unprofessional hiring process – complete ghosting after multiple interviews. I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s hiring process. I went through three rounds of interviews over several months:
• First round: phone interview with HR (about 30 minutes)
• Second round: Teams interview with the hiring manager (around 50 minutes)
• Third round: in-person interview at their office with six people at once, including managers and marketing (about 50 minutes)
After the final interview, HR told me I would hear back by the end of the week. That never happened.
I followed up twice politely to ask whether a decision had been made and received no response at all. No rejection, no update, nothing. This process started last year, and by the end of January there was still no communication.
In addition, the nature of many interview questions felt unusual. Instead of focusing on my skills, experience, or how I would contribute in this role, a significant portion of the questions focused on internal processes and how work was done at my previous employer, which felt inappropriate and raised concerns.
Overall, investing this much time and effort only to be completely ignored shows a lack of professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience raises serious concerns about communication practices and company culture.
