Interview
Interview was taken by company CEO and the MD of Singapore office. It was blend of technical and sales related questions. There were few questions on past experiences, obstacles faced and how I resolved them - basically my role in handling these situations.

"Tell me about a time you set difficult goals. What did you do to achieve them? Walk me through the process and purpose."
"Tell me about the relationships you've had with the people you've worked with. How would you describe the best ones? The worst?"
"What single project or task would you consider your most significant career accomplishment to date? Walk me through the plan, how you managed it, how you measured its success, and what the biggest mistakes you made were."

Interview
In the first round interview onsite, the manager ask about my experiences base on my resume. The second round interview with 3 other senior person at the company and the president. They all basically ask about my background and why I left my previous jobs. There was nothing technical at the interview.
